Getting ready for spring…

The Farmstead does not offer regular tours from November through March because there isn’t much to see when everything’s closed up for the winter months. But that doesn’t mean the Farmstead staff isn’t busy! They might be doing programs at schools, participating in museum conferences, tending the property, or working on programs and materials for the upcoming season.

Much of the time there is someone in the General Store during the week, but it’s a good idea to call ahead (800-287-8206) before making a special trip.
